Post-doctoral fellows
The group is seeking candidates for post-doctoral fellowships. The candidates must possess a PhD degree and are expected to have a proven record in research area such as synthetic organic, polymer chemistry, and related subjects. Applicants who have research backgrounds other than synthetic organic and polymer chemistry but have experience and idea in related fields will also be considered. Applicants should send a curriculum vitae and publication list to KT by email. Upon request, applicants also have to arrange two references. Also, applicants are encouraged (but not compulsory) to submit a one or two page summary of the research ideas to be conducted in our group.
Graduate students
The positions for both MS and PhD level graduate studentships are available for 2017 academic year. Students who are interested in synthetic chemistry and polymer chemistry are encouraged to join the group. We are also expanding our research to materials science and biomedical applications. For our current research, see our research page and publications. Applicants are expected to be admitted to the MS or PhD (MS/PhD as well) programs by the department of chemistry. Pre-admission contact does not affect decision for admission. Interested applicants are encouraged to contact KT by email.

Or take bus #5517, 5613, 6511, 5614, 6512, 6513, 750, 5528, 6514, 5533, 501, 502, 5411, 5518, and get off at the Seoul National University Main Entrance. Walk straight from the main entrance for 10 minutes. The building's on your right.
Come into Building 500 and find the elevator/stairs for Building 503. Come to the 5th floor.
